As the title says, I’ve thought about a birthday project for our Jason this year. His birthday will be on the next February 17th. I’m thinking about collect messages from all his fans around and then send them to Jason, to show him our support and our admiration and to try to make his 31st birthday a bit more special!

Below there’s all you need to know to join this project, but first I want to state that’s all will be free for you. You don’t need to send money or any other kind of donation, just a simple text message to wish Jason happy birthday.

How can I join the project?
It’s very simple: you have to send me a simple text message with your wishes for Jason’s 31st birthday.

When is the deadline to send my message?
You can send in your messages until January 31st 2011, so I’ll have the time to review and then forward them to Jason.

How can I send my message?
Just fill the form below in all it’s parts. You can find it at the bottom of this post.

Will you send in all messages/wishes you’ll receive?
Yes, sure, unless they’re are offensive or against our guidelines! I’ll forward them to Jason through his twitter account.

How can I help promoting this project?
Any help would be more that appreciated, so you can tell your friends about this project or promoting it on social networks like Facebook or Twitter. For Twitter use #JasonRitterBdayProject2011 when you talk about it! ;)

Digital Spy has a new article about Jason and “The Event”. Check out a part of it below or read the full version at Digital Spy.

“It’s a necessary break, I feel, in order for… NBC to be able to air the final 12 [episodes] in a row,” Ritter told Blastr. “It’s a longer wait, but the payoff will be all the better for it.”

The actor insisted that the series would “really give the audience what they want” following the relaunch.

“It’s something that [NBC] thought a lot about, and they know that it’s a dangerous time for shows like this,” he said. “[But] once we start back up, there’s no stopping us until the very end. So that’s an exciting thing.”

Ritter also claimed that he had grown to trust the show’s writing team throughout the first season.

“I know that they have a plan… and so the interesting thing for me has been to just trust that.” he revealed. “[Sometimes] there is a little bit of a jump, but I’m here now and I know that it’s all going to work out fine.”
